India has become a focus of Ray & Wilma's ministry.  Ray and Wilma Phipps have been to India for months at a time and continue a close ministry relationship with pastors. The training and encouragement of an ever increasing army of church planters has been a primary focus of these efforts. A recent report indicated that participants in just one seminar in Nepal planted over 100 churches since January 2005.  Many others  have been planted in India through their support by "going, praying and giving".

It is my hope that readers will realize that God can start with nothing to accomplish His will and plan for all our lives. Secondly, may we all realize that God does not get in a hurry. Everything is in His perfect time. From the time of the vision at eleven years of age until the realization that the vision was beginning to happen in reality was fifty-six years. My advice is to “Never give up on God’s promises!”
